We arrived in Hampton, VA last week after a mad push to pack our stuff into storage(!) and socialize with all the peeps we're going to miss in the coming months. We've been busy with boat prep/repair all week and have another week of steady work ahead of us prior to leaving VA. The boat's looking great and we're getting psyched.
Yesterday I heard "pau hana' used in conversation for the first time - on a Magnum PI rerun. Magnum to the local pedicab driver, asking about the old guy who closed up his clothing store, where did he go: "I don't know, pau hana, man." Turned out the guy was a Nazi on the lamb! Never a dull moment for Thomas Magnum. Be careful out there pau hanaing. :)
